Quiet Focus Board is a PanGalactic focus planning workspace. The product publisher and privacy contact is PanGalactic at valentinojavi94@gmail.com.

The app can access only the task text, tags, timing settings, deadline state, interruption notes, restart cues, review decisions, and focus history that you type, edit, restore, or generate in this browser. It does not request account credentials, calendar access, cloud drive access, or operating-system monitoring permissions.

That information is used to run the selected-task countdown, preserve an exact pause remainder, reconcile late or away deadlines, capture restart context, calculate confirmed progress, and prepare user-initiated JSON, CSV, or copied report outputs.

Quiet Focus Board stores the workspace, active deadline, review state, and confirmed history in browser local storage so a session can reopen. You control that local data through queue and session controls, explicit backup replacement, browser site-data deletion, and deletion of exported files from your chosen storage location.

The app runs in the browser security context of the installed PWA or hosted page. It does not intentionally upload focus task content to a PanGalactic server or send it to a hosted analysis service. Microsoft Store, browser, hosting, operating system, and email surfaces may process data only when you use those separate interfaces.

PanGalactic does not sell, rent, share, or disclose your focus tasks, session history, or exported reports to third parties. If you email support, include only the details you intentionally choose to share.
